i ordered a green negative lcd, the backlight is not very bright but it can be read pretty good, and its fast.
the heatsink was ordered from mouser and has an adhesive heatpad and is a perfect fit for both sid chips.
i dont think it is really necessary, but i like to be on the safe side (sid chips are rare, so you better keep them cool)
i got two 8580R5 sid chips inside which work very well and produce the smoothest sound in my opinion.
the knob you see is a waldorf knob which most of the midiboxers use for their midibox sid.
